ESCROW

Work Flow

11. Requestor/client selects the best researcher then funds the request with the proposal bid amount
22. Researcher sends final deliverable to the requestor/client
33. Requestor/client approves the deliverable then payment is released to researcher

For Requestors/Clients

In Zursh open marketplace, Requestors are required to deposit, to Zursh Account, the amount equivalent to the bid agreed on by the researcher. This deposit will be released to the researcher after you receive, review and approve the research deliverable. The client escrow funds are held by Zursh delayed payment service to protect both parties.

After you select the best proposal, you will be requested to fund the request with the agreed bid amount so that your selected researcher can begin to work, and we will send you a notification when the your deposit is received.

Reminder: Requestors are prohibited to offer to send payment outside of the Zursh payment system. Requestors also agree to notify Zursh if prospective researchers offer to receive payment outside of the Zursh system. If payment is offered outside the Zursh payment system, Zursh has no liability to refund your payment in case your research work was not received or approved.

For Researchers

For the open marketplace, Zursh requestors/clients are required to deposit, to Zursh account, the amount equivalent to the bid agreed on by the researcher. This deposit will secure payment before the researcher starts working on the research request. The client funds are held by Zursh payment system to protect researcher and helps ensure that funds are available prior to research engagement.

  1. Once requestors select you to work on a specific request, they will automatically receive a invoice to fund the account.
  2. Once the deposit is received, a confirmation notification will be automatically sent to Researchers who can immediately begin working knowing that funds are readily available. Additionally, "ESCROW FUNDED" sign will appear on the research request to indicate that teh request is funded.

Both Requestors and Researchers are eligible for Zursh Dispute Assistance in the event that a research request does not go as planned.

Once clients/requestors select the best poroposal, Zursh will automatically ask the client to fund the request with the bid amount so that you can begin work, and we will send you a notification when the Requestor fund is received. Remember, you are not obligated to begin work until the request is funded by the Requestor.

Reminder: Researchers are prohibited to offer to receive payment outside of the Zursh payment system. Researchers also agree to notify Zursh if prospective clients offer to pay outside of the Zursh system. In this case, Zursh has no liability to collect payment on your behalf.
